Office Description

We are a friendly architecture practice of 6 based in a spacious studio in the heart of Queen's Park. We currently have up to 4 desks available to rent.

Our spacious, light-filled studio is located on the first floor of a converted warehouse on Lonsdale Road, a charming commercial mews home to an eclectic mix of creative and entrepreneurial businesses. The office has good transport links with Queens Park Station (Bakerloo and Overground) a short walk away or Brondesbury Park (Overground) in the other direction.

The pet friendly building has been recently refurbished with modern kitchen, w/c's and break out area, air-conditioning, bike storage and access to 2 meeting rooms with AV setup.

We are ideally looking for 1 tenant to rent up to 4 of the available desks. The desks would be best suited to professionals working in architecture, design or other creative fields. We regularly host CPD sessions and social events and would welcome our new neighbours to join if these might be of interest.

Rent is charged monthly at £350 per desk and a £25 service fee per desk which includes:

• 24/7 access
• All rates, service charges, utilities and wifi
• Regular cleaner
• Kitchen consumables eg tea, coffee, milk, fresh fruit and drinks fridge containing soft drinks and beer.
• Bicycle parking in secure bicycle racks in the storage room
