Why are there not many adverts on this site?
It's brand new!

Who is this site for?
This site is for private businesses to advertise their spare office capacity and individuals to find and rent it from them. We don't allow adverts from agencies.

What can I charge for a spare desk etc?
Why not check out other office share sites to see what others are charging. A decent desk in London could fetch £300-400 per month. These sites might help.

Why should I share my office?
For money, for altruistic reasons, to give your office space more buzz, lots of other reasons. Google it.

How is this site free?
It's paid for by the Google Adverts at the bottom of this page.

Do you guys get involved in any way?
No. We provide this site as a way for people to get in touch. That's it.

What do I need to offer?
Usually a fully inclusive price to cover desk, power, Internet access, coffee, tea etc.

Are there any risks?
If you rent space to a dodgy character then yes. Use common sense.....

Renters FAQ

What about phone numbers?
We would STRONGLY recommend buying an 0845 number from UK2Numbers. They cost as little as £9.99 and you can divert them to any number you wish. Doing this means you take your number with you as you grow and move.

What would I need to take with me?
A computer - probably a laptop - and a cup....

What about insurance?
We would advise organising your own insurance.

Do you guys get involved in any way?
No. We provide this site as a way for people to get in touch. That's it.
